This fast-paced and high-energy audience participation talk explores the presence of fear in health care organizations and introduces attendees to the concepts of how to lead organizations into a culture devoid of fear.
Chet Wyman, MD is a physician, educator and nationally recognized speaker. He is a member of the department of anesthesiology and critical care medicine for Johns Hopkins Medicine. Most recently he served as the chief medical officer for patient safety and quality. He previously served as the vice president for medical affairs for the Frederick Memorial Healthcare System and prior to that he was the chair of anesthesiology and perioperative medicine at Franklin Square Hospital Center/MedStar Health.
