This workshop is an introduction to developing a plan to cultivate leadership in yourself and others. We will address the following topics:
- Identify methods to assess self and organizational readiness for change and ability to lead change
- Understand the fundamentals of team dynamics and barriers to performance in implementing change
- Discuss model to implement and engage others in organizational change
- Understand how to assess and begin a leadership self-development plan
Chet Wyman, MD
Johns Hopkins School of Medicine
Chet Wyman, MD is a physician, educator and nationally recognized speaker. He is a member of the department of anesthesiology and critical care medicine for Johns Hopkins Medicine. Most recently he served as the chief medical officer for patient safety and quality. He previously served as the vice president for medical affairs for the Frederick Memorial Healthcare System and prior to that he was the chair of anesthesiology and perioperative medicine at Franklin Square Hospital Center/MedStar Health.
