“A la carte” Booth Rates:

Premium Booth $1295 (dark gray)

  • Greatest visibility, strategically located in high traffic areas (corners, main entrance, or areas of special interest)
  • 2 Booth Personnel for the conference; additional conference registrations may be purchased

Traditional Booth $995 (light gray)

  • Excellent visibility at an affordable price, located throughout the hall
  • 2 Booth Personnel for the conference; additional conference registrations may be purchased

Booth Amenities

  • One 10′ deep x 10′ wide draped exhibit area
  • One skirted table and 2 chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • One booth identification sign

Booth Reservation

To reserve a booth or sponsorship package, please contact our Trade show coordinator, Lisa Cover (lisa@mdpublishing.com). She will contact you to confirm the space, and will send a contract and invoice.

Exhibitor Registration

Conference exhibitor registration provides full conference access including meals, receptions, events, sessions, and conference activities. Two exhibitor registrations are included with the purchase of the booth. Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased for $150 each.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Booth Payment(s):
Payment methods for exhibit booth reservations include credit cards or payment by check. Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice being issued.

Booth Cancellation(s):
Cancellation requests must be received by OR Today Live! 45 days prior to the event. If cancellation is received on or before 45 days prior to the event, a refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee will be made. No refunds will be made for contracts cancelled less than 45 days prior to the event.
