Emerging leaders will learn about the importance of self-awareness and self-regulation as they evolve in their leadership journey. They will be given basic tools to use to develop their management of self. Additionally, new leaders will discover the importance of “pausing” to enhance their effectiveness as a leader, as well as identify the subtle signs of burnout and self-strategies to overcome.
Jamie Ridout is the administrator of Capital City Surgery Center (CCSC) in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction and financial success of CCSC and serves as the organization’s CEO, compliance officer, risk manager and HR officer. She has over 25 years of perioperative experience and 18 years of leadership in inpatient and outpatient facilities.
